Awakening the Living Goddess: How to Reconnect with Your Original Feminine Blueprint

For eons, the world has been defined by patriarchal values. This was no accident, but rather something that was carefully planned and then orchestrated. You may not believe everything I say here, but it is fact nonetheless.

The division between men and women, and the way in which women's roles were diminished thousands of years ago, occurred as men took power and became the rulers of the world. You see, the power of the feminine is the power of life itself. The feminine gives life, creates life, and she can also destroy life, as represented by Kali, the Indian goddess of destruction.

Because the Goddess and all that she represented as the giver of life was so powerful, so beloved, and so deeply revered by the people of the time in much of the world, the religious patriarchs of the day knew that her influence and power had to be stopped at any cost if they were to control the general populace.

The first step was to dismantle her temples by placing priests within them who would gradually usurp the power of the High Priestess and her priestesses. The yearly festivals of the Goddess and the celebrations of life, fertility, abundance, and the sacredness of nature that she represented were slowly replaced with religious ceremonies led by priests.

Where once people were offered a direct connection with the Divine Mother, they were now told that they must go through priests in order to connect with the Divine and to pay a tribute to the temple.

The Mother's role was rewritten in the sacred texts. She became merely a breeder or an incubator of life, while a male God was now declared the giver of life. Even the story of Genesis was re-written so that Lilith the First Woman was demonized and Eve then took her place and was the helpmate of Adam. The fall of man was placed upon the shoulders of Eve, who did not obey God.

Over time, this resulted in a profound shift in human consciousness. The beloved Goddess, who had once been honored as strong, nurturing, creative, and sacred, was replaced by a God to fear, appease, and make offerings to.

Of course, this transformation did not happen overnight. It took time for these ideas to settle into society and become accepted as truth. Eventually, they spread throughout much of the world. The belief that women were second-class citizens, with the exception of some indigenous cultures, became written into the sacred texts of the day, books that priests read and interpreted as law.

This single shift turned the world upside down.

Women gradually began to believe what they heard in religious teachings. They came to believe that their bodies were sinful and that sex for anything other than procreation was a sin. They began to believe that their worth was based solely on their ability to bear children, satisfy men's desires, and perform labor if they were not of noble birth.

Women of noble lineage were often treated as ornaments to be admired and displayed for their beauty. Women were told to remain silent and to allow their husbands or fathers to tell them what to do and how to live. Women became the property of their fathers and husbands. In this way, many unknowingly gave their power away.

There were, of course, women throughout history who did not succumb to these beliefs and who fought back. Some did so brilliantly. Yet the majority of women became what society dictated they should be and do. They were cut off from their innate feminine power, the power of their sexuality, their intuition, their creativity, and their connection to the sacred.

Today, we have the opportunity to reconnect with our authentic feminine power once again. Our original blueprint. The Goddess lives within every woman, and she remains whole and intact. She has never truly been lost. The only thing we need to do is reconnect with her and resurrect her within ourselves.

Picture
The question then becomes: How do we do this?

This aspect of ourselves I call the Living Goddess, because we are her. Every woman is a representation of the Divine Feminine and of the Goddess herself. She lives within us as our authentic feminine essence, our intuition, our creativity, our sensuality, our wisdom, and our power.

The process of reconnecting with this aspect of ourselves may take time for some women. She has often been hidden away, forgotten, or denied for many years. For some, she lies buried beneath layers of shame, unworthiness, guilt, and feelings of inadequacy. She may have been silenced by religious conditioning, cultural expectations, family beliefs, trauma, or experiences that taught us it was unsafe to be fully ourselves.

Many women have spent years trying to become who others expected them to be rather than discovering who they truly are.  In doing so, they lost touch with their bodies, their intuition, their true desires, their sensuality, and their inner knowing. Yet the Living Goddess is never truly lost. She patiently waits beneath the surface, longing to be remembered.

Reconnecting with her is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who we have always been. It is a remembering. A reclaiming. A resurrection of the authentic feminine self and power that has existed within us all along.

As we begin to remove the layers of conditioning, shame, fear, and limitation, the Living Goddess naturally begins to emerge. She awakens through our bodies, our hearts, our creativity, our sexuality, our connection to nature, our intuition, and our relationship with the sacred. The journey back to her is the journey back to ourselves.

No matter where you are in relationship to your Living Goddess self, you can take the next step to fully embodying her.

There are many ways to begin this journey of resurrection. The Living Goddess responds when we intentionally turn toward her. She awakens when we create space for her to be seen, heard, and expressed. Here are four ways you can begin reconnecting with your Living Goddess and your original feminine blueprint today.

1. Return to Your Body as Sacred
For many women, the body has become a place of judgment, criticism, or disconnection. Yet the body is the temple of the Living Goddess. Spend time each day simply placing your hands upon your heart, your womb, or your belly. Breathe deeply and listen. Ask your body what it needs. Move gently, dance, walk in nature, or rest when your body calls for rest. As you begin to honor your body as sacred, the Goddess begins to awaken within you.

2. Create Moments of Sacred Stillness
The voice of the Living Goddess is often quiet. She speaks through intuition, feelings, dreams, and inner knowing. Create moments each day to sit in silence, meditate, journal, or simply be with yourself without distraction. Light a candle, create a small altar, or spend time in nature. The more you cultivate stillness, the easier it becomes to hear the wisdom that has always lived within you.

3. Reclaim Your Sensual Nature
The feminine experiences life through the senses. Sensuality is not simply sexuality; it is the ability to fully experience pleasure, beauty, touch, sound, fragrance, and the aliveness of being embodied. Wear clothing that makes you feel beautiful. Listen to music that moves you. Take a bath, dance barefoot, smell flowers, savor your food, and allow yourself to experience pleasure without guilt. The Living Goddess awakens when we allow ourselves to feel fully alive.

4. Remember Who You Truly Are
Begin speaking to yourself differently. Rather than repeating the old stories of not being enough, remind yourself daily of your true nature. You are a daughter of the Divine Feminine. You are wise, intuitive, creative, sensual, and powerful. The original feminine blueprint still lives within you. The more you affirm your truth and embody it in your daily life, the more the Living Goddess emerges from within.

This journey is not about becoming someone else. It is not about striving or achieving. It is a sacred remembering. Layer by layer, the conditioning falls away, and the woman you have always been begins to emerge.

The Goddess within you has never been lost. She is simply waiting for you to remember.
If you feel called to awaken your authentic feminine essence and reclaim your original feminine blueprint, I invite you to take the next step on your journey.

The New Feminine Rising: Reclaiming What Was Taken

The story of womanhood has been told — but not by women.

Men have defined what it means to be feminine, to be beautiful, to be sexual. They crafted an image of womanhood that served their power, not our truth. Over generations, these distorted ideals became embedded into our culture, our religions, our schools — and even into our own self-perceptions.

This rewriting began during the early Bronze and Iron Ages, when the Great Mother Goddess — once revered as the source of all life — was systematically erased. As patriarchal religions rose, they replaced the feminine divine with a singular masculine god: a god of war, control, and authority. It was not merely spiritual—it was political.

By stripping women of their connection to creation, sensuality, and self-sovereignty, those in power could more easily dominate and manipulate society. If you take away a woman's sexual power, her body, and her voice, you control the future.

Over time, the Divine Feminine was turned into something dangerous. Women's bodies became symbols of temptation. Our emotions were dismissed as hysterical. Our sensuality became taboo. Shame replaced sacredness.

But we’ve been taught to fear it. To reject it. To deny it in ourselves and in each other.

This wasn’t just about individual women — it was about dismantling a whole frequency of feminine life force energy: Shakti.

That energy lives in your body.
It lives in your womb.
It lives in your truth.

But we’ve been taught to fear it. To reject it. To deny it in ourselves and in each other. Even today, women are taught — overtly and subtly — to use their sexuality as  a commodity. To sell it for attention, love, or material security. Media still tells us that our worth is based on our sexual appeal to men. And although we’ve made progress in recent decades, the deeper paradigm hasn't changed. The male-dominated power structure still echoes through our lives.

So what do we do now?
We rise — not in opposition, but in remembrance.
We return to the truth that has always lived inside us.
We reclaim what was never meant to be taken.

The time has come to awaken to your authentic feminine power — and to embody it in a completely new way.

This new paradigm of sacred feminine power begins with you. When you rise, when you heal, when you love yourself — it sends waves through the collective. You become a living ley line of the feminine grid. You anchor the New Earth with every breath, every truth, every sacred "yes" to yourself.

The truth is: The New Earth is already here. But to live in it, you must raise your vibration and embody the new feminine frequency.
You must become the woman you were born to be — not the one the world told you to become.

I invite you to join me and a growing sisterhood of awakening women.

The Hidden Truth About Women’s Power… And Why It’s Time to Reclaim It

5/25/2025

Picture
For Thousands of years, the story of womanhood has been written and distorted by men. They defined what it meant to be feminine. They decided what made a woman “sexy,” “acceptable,” or “pure.” They projected their desires onto us, then wrapped those projections in religion, education, and culture until we began to believe them as our own.

But make no mistake: this version of womanhood was never ours.

This distortion began long ago, in the story of Genesis and during the rise of the Bronze and Iron Ages. The reverence for the Great Mother—the ancient feminine force of creation, intuition, and life—was slowly replaced by a masculine god of war, control, and conquest.

The true story of Lilith as the First Woman was replaced by a more subservient Eve, and with that shift came the quiet erasure of the feminines rightful power—her sexual power.

From ancient scriptures to school books, from pulpits to pop culture, we've been conditioned to believe that owning our sexual power makes us dangerous, unworthy, or unlovable. We’ve been taught to fear the very thing that makes us divine.

Women who dared to embody their sensual, sovereign selves were labeled immoral, wild, inappropriate—even punished. And for many of us, even now, those inherited beliefs still live quietly inside. They show up in the mirror, in the bedroom, in our choices about our bodies, desires, and voices.

Herstory Was Rewritten

The sacred feminine was stripped from the collective memory. And in her place, a story was born that made women forget who they truly are. Why? Because a woman in her full power—sensual, sexually sovereign, embodied—is unstoppable, and that kind of woman cannot be controlled.

When you separate a woman from her sexual energy, her innate, primal, authentic power, you separate her from her life force. When you shame her body, you disempower her voice. When you teach her that her value lies in how men see her and in her sexuality, you break her connection to the divine within.

This was never random. This was never accidental. This was a system of control, and it’s still working today.

You might think things are different now. I’m not affected by those old beliefs. But the truth is: we all are. You may think: That’s not me. I’m empowered. I’m free. But we’ve all been touched by it. It's in the collective air we breathe. And while some laws have changed, we are still living in a rape culture and the system that devalues the feminine still thrives.

Even now, the collective energy around us is infused with ancient conditioning.
Even now, women are taught to use their sexuality as currency—to secure attention, affection, and security.Even now, your voice is often second-guessed. Your power is still threatening. Your body is still politicized and sexualized.

So Here is the Invitation:

- Not to be afraid. But to remember.
- To reclaim and reconnect with the fullness of your sexual power.
- To rise in this new frequency of the feminine.

The time has come for a new frequency of the feminine to emerge within you.

It’s time to activate your authentic feminine power within your heart, mind, and body. Within your sacred portal or vulva, womb.  To release the shame, fear, lack of self-worth — the version that was shaped to please others, seduce, or survive. The time has come for you to know who you truly are. To be the sexually sovereign woman that your ancestress Lilith the First Woman was and still is.

Picture

So How Do You Begin? Here Are a Few Suggestions.

 1. Reclaim your body as sacred.
Start with the place they told you was shameful—your vulva, yoni, punani, pussy.
This is your sacred portal, your center of creation, your connection to divine wisdom.
Honor it. Bless it. Speak its name with reverence. Reconnect with Her.

 2. Create rituals of body love.
Draw a bath with candles and essential oils. Gaze at yourself in the mirror and speak praise over your body. Anoint your skin with love. Touch yourself with gentleness and awe. You are not just worthy—you are holy.

 3. Meet one of the true feminine archetypes.
Study Lilith and reconnect with her lineage—not the demonized version, but the sovereign first woman, who refused submission and embodied divine sexual power. Let her story awaken something wild and free in your soul. She is a guide for what’s possible when we stop asking for permission and apologizing for being a woman.

 4. Use your voice.
Ask for what you want. Speak your truth—even if it shakes at first.
Start small. Practice often. Grow bolder. Especially in your intimate relationships, where voice and vulnerability are key.

This is not just a call for empowerment—it’s a sacred remembering. A return to your deepest self. A breaking of the spell that was cast so long ago.

You were never meant to shrink, hide, or apologize for being a woman. You were meant to lead, love, and live fully alive and awake.

The new frequency of the feminine is rising—and it's unstoppable. Together, we have the power to awaken, reclaim what was once hidden, and anchor this sacred energy into a new paradigm for women, and for the world.

You are not just witnessing the shift. You are the shift.

If you choose to use your voice, love your body, and speak your truth you will help reshape the future for you, your daughters, and their daughters. Now is the time.

Will you answer the call?

The Legacy of the Sacred Prostitute Part 1

It has always been of interest to me to understand the Herstory of the women who were called Sacred Prostitutes. Who were these women, where did they come from and what happened to the cultures that they were revered and honored in?

That is why I have decided to write a series of three articles on the Sacred Prostitute and the Holy Whore so that we might discover what happened to cause their story to go untold and their gifts to us forgotten. The time for us a women to reclaim these forgotten aspects of ourselves is now and I invite you to do so if  you choose.

When God Was a Woman

Picture
Imagine a time when God was a woman 15,000 – 5,000 BCE,  and women were considered holy and their bodies sacred. These cultures were connected to the Earth and called her the Great Goddess and were primarily peace loving and depended upon the land to survive.
Most of these cultures during this time period were matrilineal that means that the mother passed on her wealth to the daughter.

Women’s roles often combined motherhood, gathering food, seeds, nuts and berries, herbs for healing and were the ones who sustained the community and provided its’ foundation and center.  They are often thought of as partnership societies because men and women’s roles had equal importance and neither sex overpowered the other.

Women were seen as the mediators between the Goddess and the tribe. A woman could access the power of the Goddess and it was thought that she could identify more easily with Her.

Women were considered a mystery and most like Her because they could give birth to new life and bleed without dying.  They seemed to have magical abilities and their womb, and their bodies were considered sacred. They were considered nearer the Divine and the act of sexual intercourse with a woman was the closest thing a man could do to be with the Divine.

Inanna's Daughters

Picture
The first women sexual healers were called Inanna’s Daughters of Heaven. They were also called nu gig, the pure and spotless and qadishtu, holy women. They were the handmaidens of Inanna and they followed Lilith who was thought of as the original archetype of woman.

"Lilith is considered an original archetype as the “natural woman” who solidified tribal cohesion and unity through sexual bonding and appeasement." – Lilith Keepers of the Flame

They understood the healing power of their sexual energy and the right use of sex. They would gather the male members of the tribal community and conduct sacred rituals that would teach them how to use their sexual energy correctly. They did this by offering a connection to the divine through their bodies and sexual intercourse. Sexuality with a woman evoked within a man the sacred and opened his heart to divine love.

It was thought that a man needed a woman in order to give birth to the potential Goddess/Divine Feminine within himself. This was called apotheosis and because of this all women had a high status within their tribe/community.

These women were also called the Keepers of the Flame for the understood that within the womb of woman the original blueprint of humanity.  They knew that within them lived the sacred flame of the divine self and they kept this knowledge sacred. They were also the fire keepers of their tribes and so kept alive the sacred magic of light and the warmth of the heart and to this day we still use the symbol of the Red Light in the Catholic Church, in airplanes and in the Red Light districts.
