Choosing Your Timeline: How Your Vibration Creates Your Reality

7/24/2026

Picture
I recently found myself being pulled into a lower vibration of fear as I reviewed some of the incoming emails I had received from a group I belong to. These days, I rarely open emails that are not in alignment with the vibration I choose to live in. I have worked consciously to remain in a higher vibratory field, especially in how I navigate what is happening in the world right now.

I have spent decades clearing old, stuck patterns that no longer served me and developing a strong relationship with my I AM Presence and Higher Self. I have faced many of the traumas of my life and done what is often called "the inner work." And yet, despite all of that, it is still surprisingly easy to be pulled into the fear-mongering we see, hear, or even read in a single headline.

When we hear leaders speak of shortages of food, oil, fertilizer, or other necessities, it is understandable that fear can arise. As a nation, many of us have never experienced this level of uncertainty or hardship, at least not in my lifetime. So I understand why this type of information can feel frightening and deeply unsettling.

But I am here to remind you that it is always best not to react or allow fear to become your ally. The most powerful approach I have found is to consciously choose the timeline you wish to live on—and then remain there.

What we are witnessing in the world right now is, in my understanding, a convergence of multiple timelines overlapping one another. The concept of timelines is not new. It has long been explored within quantum physics. Because we live on a three-dimensional planet based in materiality, we tend to assume that what we read, hear, or see is the only reality that exists.

But here is what allows us to shift that perspective.

Everything is frequency and vibration. The world we experience is filtered through our own vibratory signature in any given moment. The reality we perceive is not separate from the energy we are holding.

I say this from direct experience. Just yesterday I saw a headline and listened to less than a minute of a video. Within moments, I felt my vibration drop from feeling present, centered, and connected into worry, concern, and eventually fear. It happened that quickly.

Fear has often been described as False Evidence Appearing Real, and I experienced firsthand how easily it can pull us away from our center if we are not paying attention.
Regardless of what may be unfolding in the world, I believe it is crucial at this point in our evolution, as individuals, as a nation, and as a planet, that we do not waver from the vibration that feels most aligned with our highest truth.

What does this mean exactly?

The simplest way I can explain it is this: quantum physics tells us that everything is composed of vibration. Matter simply becomes denser as its frequency slows. This principle applies not only to us as individuals but also to a table, a tree, or any object that appears solid.

The world is not as fixed as it appears. It appears according to the consciousness through which we perceive it. As our understanding continues to evolve, it becomes increasingly clear that our perception plays a profound role in shaping our experience. Much of what we experience is influenced by what we believe is possible and what we expect reality to be.

Timelines are malleable. They shift and change according to where we are most energetically aligned in any given moment. If we become anchored in fear, we naturally begin to resonate with fearful possibilities and are more likely to accept a negative version of reality as inevitable. But the opposite is equally true.

When we consciously align with love, trust, presence, and a higher frequency, we begin to resonate with an entirely different timeline, one that reflects those same qualities back to us.

So, how do you actually do this?

I will tell you honestly it can be challenging. It isn't always easy to hold your vibration steady in the midst of a storm. It takes practice, discernment, and a deep abiding trust in the world you are choosing to align with and create in every moment.

The world we are living in today is not the same world we believed we knew even a year ago. Time seems to have accelerated. Everything appears to be shifting at an unprecedented pace. New headlines emerge daily, opinions compete for our attention, and constant streams of information can easily pull us away from our own center.

This is why developing discernment and a strong relationship with your inner knowing  has never been more important.

Picture
Whether you call it your Higher Self, your I AM Presence, your Superconscious Mind, or simply your inner wisdom, there is a deeper intelligence within you that exists beyond the thinking mind. It is calm when the world is chaotic. It is clear when the collective is confused. It is steady when everything around you appears uncertain.

Every one of us has access to this inner guidance if we are willing to slow down, become present, and listen.

In earlier blogs, I have shared practical ways to strengthen this connection, so I won't repeat those teachings here. My point is simply this:

If we truly desire to live in a New World, then we must first become that New World within ourselves.

We cannot continue to create a higher reality while unconsciously feeding the very frequencies we wish to transcend. We must be willing to clear the old patterns, release fear wherever it still lives within us, and commit to our own spiritual awakening before attempting to change the world around us. Everything begins within.

The opportunity for a collective awakening is here now, and each of us has the opportunity to participate if we choose.

Choosing that path means learning to stay grounded in your Being, centered in your heart, and connected to your own inner truth. It means not allowing yourself to be constantly distracted by chaos, drama, or fear. It means developing mastery over your emotional and mental bodies so they no longer dictate your reality but instead become instruments through which your Higher Self can express itself.

If, however, you continually place your attention on timelines rooted in fear, control, separation, conflict, and war, you will naturally begin to resonate with those experiences. Your attention is creative. It strengthens whatever you consistently feed with your energy.

The question is not, What timeline is everyone else choosing? The real question is, What timeline are you choosing?

Each of us has an important role to play during this extraordinary time. Perhaps never before in our history, have individuals held such influence over the collective future through the consciousness they embody each day. As more and more people begin to take their power of choice back, and begin to embody more sovereignty, a more positive timeline for themselves and the collective becomes a reality.

The world will not change simply because we hope it will. It changes because enough people become the living expression of the world they wish to create.

So choose wisely where you place your attention. Choose consciously what you allow into your mind and heart. Choose the frequency that reflects the future you long to see. And then, every day, return to it again and again until it becomes who you are. Because the New World is not something that will someday arrive. It is something we are each being called to embody right here, right now.

What Is the Christ Self? How to Connect with Your Higher Self Through Meditation

7/9/2026

I felt inspired today to share more about what it means to live as your Christ Self. What does this actually mean?

For centuries, the word Christ has been associated primarily with the man Jesus. Then, during the first wave of the New Age movement, it began to be understood in a broader context, as one's Higher Self rather than referring exclusively to Jesus.

Very early in my own spiritual journey, I learned that Christ refers to a state of consciousness, not to a specific person. The non-denominational mystical metaphysical organization I studied with was called The Teachings of the Inner Christ, and it was there that I began to understand the deeper meaning of this sacred concept.

The Inner Christ, often called the Higher Self, is the highest expression of who you truly are. Not only does this Christ Consciousness live within you, but it is also part of your greater I AM Presence, the luminous spiritual aspect of your being that surrounds and interpenetrates your physical body. Many spiritual traditions describe this Presence as extending several feet beyond the body within your auric field.

I share this simply to offer you a glimpse of who you truly are beyond the personality and the roles you have come to identify with.

Your Christ Self, your Higher Self, is all-knowing, calm, centered, confident, compassionate, and deeply loving. It is the aspect of you that remains untouched by fear, untouched by the ego, and untouched by the false identity you may have believed yourself to be. It is the eternal part of you that has always existed and always will.

As our world moves through this profound transformation from one age into another, the invitation to consciously connect with your Christ Nature or Higher Self is becoming more accessible than ever before. This divine aspect has always dwelled within each of us, but in previous generations few people possessed either the understanding, the practices, or even the desire to consciously access it.

Today, however, more and more people are awakening to this deeper dimension of themselves. It is becoming easier to recognize the quiet inner voice of wisdom, to distinguish it from the voice of the ego, and to cultivate a living relationship with this higher aspect of our being.

I use the terms Christ Self and Higher Self interchangeably because they are the names most people are familiar with. For me, Christ does not represent one individual, but rather a state of awakened consciousness that each of us has the capacity to embody.

Jesus demonstrated what living from this consciousness could look like. Through his teachings, he revealed qualities such as compassion, forgiveness, humility, unconditional love, courage, and unwavering trust in the Divine. These are not qualities reserved for a single enlightened being, they are virtues we are all capable of cultivating as we awaken spiritually.

As we become more conscious, more present, and more devoted to our spiritual path, the desire to release the false self, the egoic identity built upon fear, limitation, and separation, naturally begins to dissolve. In its place grows a deeper longing to live from inner peace, joy, gratitude, wisdom, and unconditional love..

This, to me, is what it means to begin living as your Christ Self.

You may be wondering, How do I access this part of myself if I've never done it before?
In truth, it is much simpler than you might think.

When I first began this journey, I was taught a simple five-step meditation process that gradually guided me into a deeper state of inner stillness. As I learned to quiet my body, my mind, and my emotions, I began to experience a profound peace that I had never known before.

At first, I would simply rest in that stillness for five minutes. Then it became ten minutes, then twenty. Eventually, I found myself comfortably sitting for an hour, immersed in the quiet presence of my Higher Self and my I AM Presence.

It wasn't about trying harder. It was about relaxing more deeply into who I already was.

The Five-Step Method to Meditation.

Create a Quiet Space

Find a place where you won't be disturbed. If you have a place in your home make sure no one will bother you.

Sit comfortably and begin by taking three slow, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This type of breathing naturally helps your body relax.

  • As you breathe, gently tell yourself: "I release the outside world. I let go of the sounds, and noise of my environment." You can even tell yourself that those sounds only serve to take you deeper.
  • With each exhale, allow the concerns of your day to fall away. There is nowhere else you need to be.

2. Relax the Body

Now bring your awareness to your body. Beginning at the top of your head and slowly moving downward, notice any areas of tension or tightness. Without judgment, simply breathe into those places.

  • Again, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth three times.
  • With every exhale, imagine releasing tension.
  • With every inhale, welcome relaxation, softness, and ease.

3. Quiet the Mind

Next allow yourself to release the constant stream of thoughts. As you inhale deeply and exhale slowly, mentally say: "I let go of my thoughts."

  • Release what happened earlier today.
  • Release what still needs to be done.
  • Release planning, analyzing, remembering, and problem-solving.
  • Repeat this with three slow breaths, allowing the mind to become quieter with each exhale.

4. Release Emotional Energy

Now bring your awareness to your emotional body. Perhaps there are lingering feelings from a conversation, an experience, or simply the energy of the day. Rather than pushing them away, acknowledge them, and then allow them to soften.

  • Take three more conscious breaths.
  • With every exhale, release emotional tension.
  • With every inhale, invite peace, spaciousness, and emotional balance.
  • As your mind and emotions settle, you may begin to notice a quiet stillness emerging within you.

5. Rest in the Stillness

This is where the real meditation begins. Simply remain present.

You may experience a sense of peace, spaciousness, light, or simply a profound quiet. There is nothing you need to force. Simply allow yourself to rest in this sacred stillness for several minutes.
  • When you feel ready, gently invite a deeper connection with your Higher Self, or what I also call your Christ Self.
  • You might silently say: "Beloved Higher Self, I am open and willing to know you more deeply. Please make your presence known to me in whatever way serves my highest good."
  • Then simply listen. There is no need to strain or try to make something happen.
Sometimes people experience a feeling of peace. Others may receive an image, a word, a symbol, or simply a deep knowing.

6. Coming Back
When you feel ready to come back out of the meditation reverse the steps you did to go in to this state.

  • Tell yourself that you are now coming back into your emotional body, you give your subconscious instructions as to what you wish to feel as you come back into your conscious state.
  • Breathe in and as you exhale come back into your mental body reclaiming new powerful positive thoughts that you wish to now think.
  • Breathe in again and come back into your body, wiggle your toes, and fingers and begin to move a bit.
  • Last, take 3 quick breaths in and out to recharge yourself and wake yourself up. Say "I am fully here, objective, and alert."  If you still feel a bit spacey go through the 3 breaths again and say the statement one more time.  Make sure you feel full present and alert before you go about your day.

In my own spiritual practice, I was also taught to ask if my Higher Self wished to share a name by which I could recognize this aspect of my own Divine Presence. Sometimes a name arose naturally, while at other times nothing came at all, and that was perfectly fine.

Whatever your experience, resist the temptation to force an answer or invent one with your thinking mind. Simply remain open, curious, and receptive. Trust that whatever unfolds will do so in its own perfect timing.

Your Higher Self is not separate from you. It is an aspect of your own divine nature.
Over time, as you continue this practice, you will begin to recognize the subtle difference between the voice of the ego and the quiet wisdom of your Higher Self. The ego tends to be fearful, reactive, impatient, and filled with doubt. Your Christ Self speaks differently. Its guidance is calm, loving, compassionate, and never condemning. It doesn't shout; it gently invites.

There are many dimensions of your inner divinity waiting to be discovered, and your Higher Self is one of the first and most beautiful doorways into that sacred relationship. As you cultivate this connection, you may come to realize that the wisdom you have been seeking has never been outside of you. It has been patiently waiting within, inviting you to remember who you have always been.

"The journey is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been and allowing your Christ Self to become the one who walks through the world, loves through your heart, speaks through your voice, and lives through your life."

Awakening the Living Goddess: How to Reconnect with Your Original Feminine Blueprint

6/21/2026

Picture
For eons, the world has been defined by patriarchal values. This was no accident, but rather something that was carefully planned and then orchestrated. You may not believe everything I say here, but it is fact nonetheless.

The division between men and women, and the way in which women's roles were diminished thousands of years ago, occurred as men took power and became the rulers of the world. You see, the power of the feminine is the power of life itself. The feminine gives life, creates life, and she can also destroy life, as represented by Kali, the Indian goddess of destruction.

Because the Goddess and all that she represented as the giver of life was so powerful, so beloved, and so deeply revered by the people of the time in much of the world, the religious patriarchs of the day knew that her influence and power had to be stopped at any cost if they were to control the general populace.

The first step was to dismantle her temples by placing priests within them who would gradually usurp the power of the High Priestess and her priestesses. The yearly festivals of the Goddess and the celebrations of life, fertility, abundance, and the sacredness of nature that she represented were slowly replaced with religious ceremonies led by priests.

Where once people were offered a direct connection with the Divine Mother, they were now told that they must go through priests in order to connect with the Divine and to pay a tribute to the temple.

The Mother's role was rewritten in the sacred texts. She became merely a breeder or an incubator of life, while a male God was now declared the giver of life. Even the story of Genesis was re-written so that Lilith the First Woman was demonized and Eve then took her place and was the helpmate of Adam. The fall of man was placed upon the shoulders of Eve, who did not obey God.

Over time, this resulted in a profound shift in human consciousness. The beloved Goddess, who had once been honored as strong, nurturing, creative, and sacred, was replaced by a God to fear, appease, and make offerings to.

Of course, this transformation did not happen overnight. It took time for these ideas to settle into society and become accepted as truth. Eventually, they spread throughout much of the world. The belief that women were second-class citizens, with the exception of some indigenous cultures, became written into the sacred texts of the day, books that priests read and interpreted as law.

This single shift turned the world upside down.

Women gradually began to believe what they heard in religious teachings. They came to believe that their bodies were sinful and that sex for anything other than procreation was a sin. They began to believe that their worth was based solely on their ability to bear children, satisfy men's desires, and perform labor if they were not of noble birth.

Women of noble lineage were often treated as ornaments to be admired and displayed for their beauty. Women were told to remain silent and to allow their husbands or fathers to tell them what to do and how to live. Women became the property of their fathers and husbands. In this way, many unknowingly gave their power away.

There were, of course, women throughout history who did not succumb to these beliefs and who fought back. Some did so brilliantly. Yet the majority of women became what society dictated they should be and do. They were cut off from their innate feminine power, the power of their sexuality, their intuition, their creativity, and their connection to the sacred.

Today, we have the opportunity to reconnect with our authentic feminine power once again. Our original blueprint. The Goddess lives within every woman, and she remains whole and intact. She has never truly been lost. The only thing we need to do is reconnect with her and resurrect her within ourselves.

Picture
The question then becomes: How do we do this?

This aspect of ourselves I call the Living Goddess, because we are her. Every woman is a representation of the Divine Feminine and of the Goddess herself. She lives within us as our authentic feminine essence, our intuition, our creativity, our sensuality, our wisdom, and our power.

The process of reconnecting with this aspect of ourselves may take time for some women. She has often been hidden away, forgotten, or denied for many years. For some, she lies buried beneath layers of shame, unworthiness, guilt, and feelings of inadequacy. She may have been silenced by religious conditioning, cultural expectations, family beliefs, trauma, or experiences that taught us it was unsafe to be fully ourselves.

Many women have spent years trying to become who others expected them to be rather than discovering who they truly are.  In doing so, they lost touch with their bodies, their intuition, their true desires, their sensuality, and their inner knowing. Yet the Living Goddess is never truly lost. She patiently waits beneath the surface, longing to be remembered.

Reconnecting with her is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to who we have always been. It is a remembering. A reclaiming. A resurrection of the authentic feminine self and power that has existed within us all along.

As we begin to remove the layers of conditioning, shame, fear, and limitation, the Living Goddess naturally begins to emerge. She awakens through our bodies, our hearts, our creativity, our sexuality, our connection to nature, our intuition, and our relationship with the sacred. The journey back to her is the journey back to ourselves.

No matter where you are in relationship to your Living Goddess self, you can take the next step to fully embodying her.

There are many ways to begin this journey of resurrection. The Living Goddess responds when we intentionally turn toward her. She awakens when we create space for her to be seen, heard, and expressed. Here are four ways you can begin reconnecting with your Living Goddess and your original feminine blueprint today.

1. Return to Your Body as Sacred
For many women, the body has become a place of judgment, criticism, or disconnection. Yet the body is the temple of the Living Goddess. Spend time each day simply placing your hands upon your heart, your womb, or your belly. Breathe deeply and listen. Ask your body what it needs. Move gently, dance, walk in nature, or rest when your body calls for rest. As you begin to honor your body as sacred, the Goddess begins to awaken within you.

2. Create Moments of Sacred Stillness
The voice of the Living Goddess is often quiet. She speaks through intuition, feelings, dreams, and inner knowing. Create moments each day to sit in silence, meditate, journal, or simply be with yourself without distraction. Light a candle, create a small altar, or spend time in nature. The more you cultivate stillness, the easier it becomes to hear the wisdom that has always lived within you.

3. Reclaim Your Sensual Nature
The feminine experiences life through the senses. Sensuality is not simply sexuality; it is the ability to fully experience pleasure, beauty, touch, sound, fragrance, and the aliveness of being embodied. Wear clothing that makes you feel beautiful. Listen to music that moves you. Take a bath, dance barefoot, smell flowers, savor your food, and allow yourself to experience pleasure without guilt. The Living Goddess awakens when we allow ourselves to feel fully alive.

4. Remember Who You Truly Are
Begin speaking to yourself differently. Rather than repeating the old stories of not being enough, remind yourself daily of your true nature. You are a daughter of the Divine Feminine. You are wise, intuitive, creative, sensual, and powerful. The original feminine blueprint still lives within you. The more you affirm your truth and embody it in your daily life, the more the Living Goddess emerges from within.

This journey is not about becoming someone else. It is not about striving or achieving. It is a sacred remembering. Layer by layer, the conditioning falls away, and the woman you have always been begins to emerge.

The Goddess within you has never been lost. She is simply waiting for you to remember.
If you feel called to awaken your authentic feminine essence and reclaim your original feminine blueprint, I invite you to take the next step on your journey.

The Spiritual Awakening Journey: From Ego to True Self

5/9/2026

Picture
The journey of awakening is different for every person. It depends on each soul’s unique path, life lessons, choices, and experiences. Most people come into this world without remembering who they truly are on a spiritual level. We are born into what is often called the ego, or separate identity, a kind of false self created through human experience.

Our True Self, what many now call the Higher Self or the I AM Presence, often remains hidden or disconnected for much of our lives. Because of this, as children, we really do not know who we are beyond what we are taught. We only know what society, culture, and the world around us tell us about ourselves.

From a very young age, we begin forming our identity through our parents, family, schools, religion, relationships, and even media and pop culture. All of these influences shape the egoic self and create the story we come to believe is “who we are.”

The ego is made up of many layers of conditioning and programming gathered throughout life. Some believe this programming is simply part of human society, while others feel humanity was intentionally disconnected from its deeper spiritual nature. I know this idea may sound far-fetched to some people, and that is understandable. Most of us have been taught to believe that our personality, our life story, our struggles, our circumstances, or even our physical body are all that we are.

But spiritual awakening begins when you realize you are far more than what you were taught to believe about yourself. As you reconnect with this lost part of your being, your Divine Nature, you begin the sacred process of remembering who you truly are and why you are here.

As this remembrance grows, the false sense of self slowly loses its power over you. The ego does not disappear overnight, but it no longer controls you in the same way. The more you connect with your I AM Presence, Higher Self, or Soul, the more aligned, peaceful, and authentic you begin to feel.

At some point, many people experience a profound inner realization that they are more than just an individual personality. They begin to understand that they are connected to all of life and to creation itself. This is not just a concept to think about, but something that can truly be experienced within. And once this awakening begins, you start living more from your authentic self rather than only from the ego.

Often this transformation begins in small ways. You may start becoming more aware of your reactions when someone triggers you emotionally. You may notice how you respond to fear, anger, conflict, or the suffering you see in the world. The more aware you become of your reactions, the more power you gain to consciously change them.

You are no longer living like a machine reacting automatically from old conditioning or egoic patterns. Instead, you become more present, conscious, and free. You begin to choose your responses in a way that is more aligned with your True Self, your Soul, and the deeper truth of who you really are.

Today, it is becoming much easier for both humanity collectively and for each of us individually to reconnect with this deeper aspect of ourselves. Many people believe that the Earth, Gaia, is moving through a powerful vibrational transformation, and as inhabitants of this planet, we are also being transformed.

Over the years, many sensitive and spiritually aware people have felt that humanity has been receiving an influx of higher frequencies, light, and consciousness. Some describe this as light codes coming from the sun and from what spiritual traditions call the Great Central Sun. Whether understood literally, energetically, or symbolically, this increasing light is helping many people awaken, heal, and reconnect with their Divine Nature in ways that once seemed far more difficult to access.

As the collective consciousness shifts, more people are beginning to question old beliefs, outdated systems, and the identities they once clung to. Many are feeling called inward, searching for deeper meaning, truth, healing, and spiritual connection. What once remained hidden beneath layers of conditioning is now rising to the surface to be seen, healed, and transformed.

We are being given an incredible opportunity during this time on Earth: to loosen our attachment to the ego and the false self we have believed ourselves to be for so long. This does not mean destroying the ego, but rather allowing it to align with the soul and our Divine Self. The more we awaken, the more the old identities, fears, limitations, and conditioned patterns begin to dissolve naturally.

But for this transformation to happen, we must first awaken to a deeper truth: you are not only your personality, your past, your wounds, your thoughts, or the roles you play in the world. There is something within you that is far greater, far wiser, and far more expansive than the limited self you were taught to believe you are.

Picture
Within you exists a Divine Presence, an eternal aspect of consciousness connected to all life. When you begin to reconnect with this truth, your entire way of experiencing life starts to change. You begin to see yourself differently. You begin to see others differently. You become less attached to fear and more connected to love, compassion, wisdom, and inner knowing.

Awakening is not about becoming something outside of yourself. It is about remembering what has always existed within you, beneath the conditioning, beneath the fear, and beneath the illusion of separation. It is the journey back to your authentic essence, your soul, and your sacred connection to life itself.

There are many simple ways to begin reconnecting with your True Self and your Divine Nature. It does not always require years of spiritual study or complicated practices. Often, it begins in the quiet moments when you slow down enough to truly be present with yourself and with life.

A Few Suggestions on How to Begin to Reconnect with Your True Nature

1. Meditation can help quiet the constant noise of the mind so you can hear the deeper wisdom within.

2. Spending time in nature can reconnect you to the natural rhythms of life and remind you that you are part of something much greater. Sometimes it is as simple as walking slowly, feeling the sun on your skin, smelling the flowers, listening to the birds, or sitting peacefully beneath a tree.

3. One of the most important things you can do is begin creating space away from constant distraction. Turn off the endless noise of technology for a while. Put down the phone. Step away from social media.

4. Sit quietly in a park and simply observe life happening around you. Become the observer instead of always reacting to everything around you. Slow down enough to truly feel yourself again.

5. Reconnect with your body. Connect with your breath. Your breath is one of the greatest bridges back to presence and awareness. The more you breathe consciously, the more you return to yourself.

6. Begin listening to your heart instead of allowing the mind to control every choice and experience. The mind is valuable, but the heart carries a deeper wisdom that can guide you toward truth, alignment, peace, and authenticity.

These are just some of the ways you can begin tuning yourself back into your True Nature. Awakening is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you have always been beneath the conditioning, the fear, the pain, and the false identities.

And the beautiful thing is that this journey is available to all of us. No matter where you have been, what you have experienced, or how disconnected you may feel right now, you can begin again. Every moment offers a new opportunity to awaken more deeply to yourself and to the sacredness of life.

The world is changing rapidly, and many people are feeling the call to live differently, more consciously, more authentically, and more connected to their souls. Perhaps that quiet longing within you is not random. Perhaps it is your soul calling you home to yourself.

So begin where you are. Take one small step. Breathe more deeply. Spend time in stillness. Question the stories you have been taught about who you are. Open your heart. Listen inwardly. Allow yourself to imagine that there is something far greater within you waiting to emerge.

Your awakening does not happen all at once. It unfolds moment by moment, choice by choice, breath by breath. But every step you take toward your True Self brings more freedom, more peace, more clarity, and more love into your life.

You were never meant to live disconnected from your Divine Nature. You were meant to remember who you truly are and live as the embodiment of that.

Awakening Your I AM Presence: Reconnecting with Your Higher Self and Divine Stream of Consciousness

4/18/2026

Picture

Did you know that you are already a being of Christ consciousness and part of the the Quantum field or the Unified Field of Divine Intelligence?

For most people on this planet do not have a direct contact with their higher self or what I have come to know as our Stream of Consciousness which actually is composed of many different aspects of Divine consciousness. This stream of consciousness is a composite of anywhere from one to many aspects or avatar selves that your soul is actually a composite of.

This stream of consciousness is also called your expression of your I Am Self.  For most people on a spiritual path know of the I AM on a Cosmic and Universal level. But few know that each individual person has an I Am Self that expresses through this personal stream of consciousness.

This personal expression of your I AM Self is something you can consciously connect with.

And when you do… you begin to experience a direct relationship with Source
a living connection to your Higher Self that most people never quite access in a tangible way.

Over time, you can also learn to recognize the different aspects within your own Stream of Consciousness, the unique frequencies that together create your soul’s vibration. Imagine being able to know exactly who is working with you, speaking to you and supporting you.

This is not a new teaching. It was passed down to one of my teachers many years ago by Mahavatar Babaji, a Christed Yogi known to have lived for thousands of years, and a guiding presence behind the lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda and the path of Kriya Yoga.

Connecting with your personal I AM Presence, and the aspects within your Stream of Consciousness, is actually more natural than you might think. But it does require a certain level of inner refinement or inner sensitivity.

You need to have reached a vibrational state where you are attuned to higher frequencies, where you are able to access Christ Conscious awareness, rather than lower, more distorted energies.

This comes through doing your own inner work, and walking a path of awakening, and becoming more consciously aligned within yourself.

To understand this more simply, you can think of your Stream of Consciousness as a collection of specific vibrations that make up who you are. They also change as your grow and mature spiritually.

You were born with your soul’s original vibrational pattern. But as you began to grow and interact with the world, your energy started to mingle with others, your parents, your environment, the people around you. By around the age of three, much of this begins to stabilize forming the foundational pattern of your personality and energetic expression.

And yet, even within all of that your core essence, your soul’s true vibration remains intact at a deeper level. As you move through life from baby, to child, adolescent, and adult your soul is constantly learning, evolving, and seeking expansion. Your Stream of Consciousness is changing along with you and new higher aspects of your spiritual self are developed.

At times, the ego resists this growth. It avoids the lessons, or holds onto patterns that limit evolution. And when that happens, the natural movement of the soul can feel blocked.

Because one of the primary functions of your Stream of Consciousness is to guide you into higher and higher states of awareness to elevate your frequency, and ultimately, to bring you back into the full remembrance of who you truly are.

When you are ready to connect more deeply with your Higher Self and your Stream of Consciousness, your vibration naturally becomes more receptive. You begin living more from your heart, and less from the lower, survival-based centers of the body.

Meditation also becomes essential. It is through entering a state of relaxed stillness that the doorway opens where you can begin to sense, feel, and connect with the different aspects of your Higher Self, and experience your Stream of Consciousness directly.

As an example, my own Stream of Consciousness has evolved over time.
In the beginning, I worked with one primary inner identity, an aspect of my I AM expression. This aspect carried a name and what is known as an identity signal. This signal allowed me to clearly recognize who I was in communication with, while also acting as a safeguard keeping out lower vibrational energies or entities.

This was something very intentionally taught. It came through the lineage of Mahavatar Babaji as a way to support clean, clear, and protected channeling. In my experience, very few teachings offer this level of energetic discernment and safety.

As I continued to grow spiritually, and moved through deeper layers of healing the composition of my Stream of Consciousness began to shift. What once felt like a connection to just one or a few aspects of my Divine nature expanded into several, and eventually into many.

These are not outside beings in the way many people think. They are aspects of my own Divine Human Self, parts of my consciousness that are becoming more available during this time of awakening and ascension. For example I merge with Mother Mary's vibration not Mother Mary herself.

Today, what I experience is what I call my Ascended I AM Self. This is something new I believe that more and more people will be able to access in their ascension process.

This is a unified field of higher consciousness within me, composed of what can be felt as Ascended Master frequencies and Archangelic currents. As these aspects merge more fully with my being, they naturally lift my awareness, my embodiment, and my lived experience into higher expressions of my true Divine Self as me in this form now.

Why This Is So Important

We are living in a time where humanity is being invited collectively into a higher state of consciousness. Understanding your own Stream of Consciousness is not just a spiritual concept, it is a doorway.

A way to move beyond unconscious patterns, beyond external authority, and into direct connection with your own Divine intelligence and thus also with Cosmic Intelligence.

When you begin to recognize that your Higher Self is not separate from you, but is actually a living, multi-dimensional presence within you, you stop seeking outside of yourself for truth, validation, or guidance. You become the living expression of your I Am Presence. You become more discerning.More anchored.More aligned with what is real and true for you. Your own consciousness rises as you begin to embody the Christ consciousness within you.

And in a world where there is so much noise, distortion, and energetic overwhelm this level of inner connection is not just helpful, it is essential. Because it allows you to stay rooted in your own frequency, to access higher guidance with clarity, and to embody the fullness of who you came here to be, not as something you are trying to become but as something you are finally remembering, and in so doing activating in you.

This is all part of the Ascension process an unfolding where we evolve into the living Christ Self, the embodied expression of our true Divine nature here and now. As each of us begins to raise our vibration individually and collectively we are quite literally participating in the creation of the New Earth.

This inner elevation doesn’t just shift us spiritually; it transforms our entire bein, our energetic field, our etheric body, and even our physical form. As this happens, the higher heart begins to open more fully guiding us into deeper trust in the Divine, supporting us in releasing what no longer serves, and expanding our capacity to live, receive, and embody Divine Love.

When Shadow Surfaces: Sovereignty in a Time of Disclosure

2/20/2026

Picture
There are moments in history when what has been hidden begins to surface. We are living in one of those moments.

As more information is disclosed about corruption, abuse of power, and systems of exploitation, including ongoing revelations connected to figures such as Jeffrey Epstein — many people are feeling shock, anger, grief, and even betrayal. You may even feel some of these things as I know when I first allowed myself to take in some of these truths many years ago. This is understandable.

When we witness evidence of harm carried out by powerful individuals or institutions, it can feel destabilizing. It can shake our sense of trust in the structures that were meant to protect society and in our very foundation of what we thought was real, and in our beliefs and perceptions of the world. But I want to offer a wider lens.

Shadow Rising to the Surface

In personal growth work, we understand something fundamental:

What remains hidden in the shadow cannot be healed.
The same is true collectively.
If we are indeed living inside what Riane Eisler calls a dominator model, a system rooted in hierarchy, secrecy, control, and power over others, (see my last blog), then it makes sense that corruption would exist within it. Not because humanity is evil, but because imbalance breeds distortion.

When shadow material surfaces, it does not mean the world is ending. It means what was concealed is losing its ability to remain unseen.Exposure is uncomfortable. But exposure is also illumination.

Guard Your Nervous System

There is a difference between being informed and being consumed. You do not need to read every document. You do not need to watch every interview. You do not need to absorb every opinion.

Repeated exposure to traumatic content can dysregulate your nervous system and pull you into a constant state of outrage or despair. That state weakens clarity. And clarity is what is most needed right now. Stay aware, but stay grounded. Take breaks. Touch the earth. Breathe deeply. Come back to your body. A regulated nervous system is a revolutionary act in chaotic times.

Discernment Is Sacred

When disclosure happens, misinformation often travels alongside truth. Emotion spreads faster than fact. Outrage spreads faster than wisdom.

Slow down before sharing. Pause before reacting. Ask yourself: Is this verified? Is this helpful? Is this aligned with my values? Discernment is not cynicism. It is spiritual maturity. We must be able to hold complexity without collapsing into reactivity.

Do Not Let Corruption Steal Your Hope

It can be tempting to look at systemic wrongdoing and conclude that everything is broken beyond repair. Or to lose your faith in people and in the possibility of being able to create a different kind of world based on different kinds of values.
But remember: systems built on domination eventually reveal their fractures. Secrecy cannot sustain itself indefinitely. Exploitation cannot remain hidden forever.

The surfacing of corruption may not be the sign of total collapse, it may be evidence that the old structures are weakening. And when old structures weaken, something new becomes possible.

Stay Sovereign

Do not allow disclosure no matter how shocking to pull you into helplessness. You are not powerless. You are not required to carry the weight of the entire world’s shadow. You are responsible for your consciousness, your integrity, and the field you contribute to.

  • Call your power back from fear.
  • Call it back from outrage.
  • Call it back from despair.
  • Stand in your sovereignty.

The collapse of dominator systems does not require chaos from you. It requires steadiness.

The Bigger Picture

If we are moving even slowly toward a more balanced partnership model of society, then the exposure of hidden abuse is part of that process. It may not be pleasant, or simple, but part of it. Shadow must be seen before it can be dismantled.

And as difficult truths surface, our task is not to spiral into fragmentation. Our task is to remain conscious. To feel your feelings but don't stay stuck or frozen in them.  Feelings are after all just energy. Allow the energy to pass through you no matter how uncomfortable it may be.

Hold your vision of a world rooted in mutual respect, accountability, and balance. Let revelation deepen your commitment to integrity not your attachment to outrage. History is shifting.

The question is not whether darkness exists. It is whether we respond from fear or from sovereign awareness. Choose sovereignty always.

From Chalice to Blade: How Our World Was Turned Upside Down

2/14/2026

Picture

In the midst of everything we are witnessing in our world right now, I recently felt called to re-read a book that profoundly changed my understanding of how we got here.

That book is The Chalice and the Blade by Riane Eisler.

I first read it in the late 80s when it was newly released. I was one of those women just beginning to consciously rediscover the Goddess. That book opened a doorway in me that has never closed.

Eisler built on the groundbreaking archaeological work of Marija Gimbutas, one of the first female archaeologists to present compelling evidence that Goddess-centered cultures once flourished across large parts of Old Europe—long before they were overtaken by what Eisler calls the Kurgan invaders.

Re-reading it now, in today’s climate, feels less like nostalgia and more like remembering something essential.

Partnership Societies: A Different Beginning

Eisler describes what she calls partnership societies—cultures where women and men lived in relative harmony, where governance was shared, and where art, agriculture, medicine, music, trade, and technology flourished.

Cultures such as Minoan Crete (around 2300 BCE) are often cited as examples. Because Crete was protected by the sea, it was shielded for centuries from waves of invasions that devastated much of Old Europe. For nearly 1,500 years, this civilization thrived.

Was it perfect? Of course not. No society is. But the archaeological record reveals a culture that was largely peaceful, artistically advanced, and not organized around warfare or rigid male domination. Women appear in art and ritual life not as subordinates, but as central figures.

Reading about these societies again, I felt that familiar ache, an ancient knowing that something precious was interrupted.

The Rise of Dominator Culture

The Kurgan tribes, nomadic, war-oriented peoples—brought with them not only bronze weaponry but a fundamentally different worldview. Bronze, which could have been used primarily for art and tools, became a technology of conquest.

Their deities were warrior gods. Their social systems placed men above women. Power was defined through domination rather than cooperation.

Over centuries of invasions and cultural shifts, the partnership model gave way to what Eisler calls the dominator model—a system rooted in hierarchy, control, conquest, and “power over.”

That shift didn’t just change governments.
It changed mythology.
It changed religion.
It changed the status of women.
It changed the emotional tone of civilization.

When I first read this decades ago, I remember weeping for hours. I felt the grief of what humanity had lost. Today, I feel something different. Not just grief. But clarity.

Why This Still Matters Now

We are living through the visible unraveling of many dominator structures. Political systems, media institutions, economic hierarchies—cracks are everywhere. Sometimes it feels chaotic. Sometimes discouraging.

But every system built on imbalance eventually collapses under its own weight.
Any society rooted exclusively in hyper-masculine values, competition, control, aggression, suppression of the feminine, will eventually become sick. We see that sickness in our environmental crises, our wars, our fractured communities, and even in our personal relationships.

And yet, alongside the crumbling, we are witnessing the rise of feminine values: collaboration, empathy, intuition, embodiment, creativity, relational intelligence.
This is not about women replacing men. It is about restoring balance. The partnership model was never about matriarchy dominating patriarchy. It was about mutuality. And we can create that again.

What You Can Do Now

If history tells us anything, it is that cultural transformation begins in consciousness before it manifests in form.

Here is what feels most important in this moment:

1. Hold a Vision
  • If you want a different world, you must be able to imagine it.
  • What does a partnership-based world look like to you?
  • How does it feel in your body?
  • How do people treat one another?
  • What is education like? Leadership? Relationships?

When you combine thought with emotion, you generate a powerful field. Vision without feeling is weak. Vision infused with embodied emotion becomes creative force.

When the news triggers doubt or despair, return to your vision. Feel it again. Strengthen it. Never underestimate the power of directed consciousness.

2. Be Mindful of What You Feed Your Mind
We are saturated with information designed to provoke fear, outrage, and division. Much of it keeps us emotionally reactive and energetically drained. Discernment is critical.

Instead of consuming narratives that reinforce powerlessness, cultivate your own inner guidance. Strengthen your capacity to sense truth. Question what you are told without falling into paranoia. Your nervous system deserves peace.

3. Call Your Power Back
Many of us have unconsciously given our power away—to institutions, teachers, relationships, belief systems, even spiritual authorities.
You can reclaim it.

Stand quietly in your space and say:

"I call my power back from anywhere I have given it away—knowingly or unknowingly. I reclaim what is mine. I release what is not."

Feel it returning.
This is not symbolic. Energy follows intention.

4. Claim Your Sovereignty
Do not give your power to any leader, political party, teacher, or “master.” Guidance can be helpful. Mentorship can be sacred. But sovereignty must remain with you.

You are aligned with Source. You are a co-creator. You are not here to submit your inner knowing to external authority. Partnership begins within.

When you live sovereignly, balanced in your inner feminine and masculine—you model the world you wish to see.

Re-reading The Chalice and the Blade now, I no longer feel only grief for what was lost. I feel responsibility for what can be restored. History is not destiny. It is a story in motion, and we are writing the next chapter.

February 17th Energetic Portal: Step Into the New Earth

2/4/2026

Picture
A powerful energetic portal opens on February 17th, one that astrologers are calling one of the most significant shifts of our lifetime. This is a moment where the old and the new converge — the dense 3D world filled with fear and chaos, and a higher 5D consciousness rooted in love, unity, and Christ consciousness. Each of us is being called to choose, embody, and anchor this higher vibration.

A Rare Celestial Alignment
This portal coincides with a Solar Eclipse and Neptune entering Aries at zero degrees, a rare alignment that occurs roughly once every hundred years. Such cosmic events signal a spiritual initiation, a rebirth of identity, and the awakening of the I AM within us.
You may already notice shifts in your life:
  • The old falling away naturally
  • A call toward new work and purpose
  • A deeper alignment with your soul's path

As astrologer Pam Gregory reminds us, the 3D world may get louder during this time. The essential question is: Where will your focus be? On what’s collapsing or on the New Earth you are choosing to create?

Mastering Your Energy and Focus
This portal invites you to master your energy, attention, and mental focus. Here’s how to navigate this shift consciously:

  • Be aware, but not absorbed: Observe events without getting pulled into fear.
  • Stay connected to your witness self: Cultivate the inner observer.
  • Remain steady, rooted, and centered: Anchor yourself in your body and heart.
  • Choose love over fear: Let love guide your actions.
  • Hold your frequency with intention: Your vibration shapes your reality.

Over the coming months, external chaos may intensify, but your inner focus will determine the world you experience. Shifting your attention to joy, love, and alignment with your higher self can create ease, manifestation, and lightness in your life.

Stepping Into the New Earth
The choice is clear: you can remain entangled in the old or rise into the New Earth. This is a moment to align with your soul, elevate your vibration, and step fully into your power.

Which world will you choose to create?

What It Means to Be a Living Goddess: Reclaiming Feminine Power, and Sacred Identity

What Does It Mean to Be a Living Goddess?

Recently, I found myself going inward to explore this question more deeply, especially because this is the very path I guide women toward. Before I share what I’ve come to understand, I want to offer some personal reflections and revelations that have shaped my relationship with this sacred idea.

For many years, I’ve written about the great shift in power that occurred thousands of years ago when the Goddess was dethroned, her temples dismantled, plundered, or overtaken. In some cases, women were allowed to remain only as caretakers of seasonal rituals, while male priests assumed control of spiritual life and authority.

As patriarchal systems gradually dominated entire cultures, the feminine teachings of the Goddess were deemed unnecessary or even dangerous. Religious doctrine, written by men, redefined women’s roles, reducing them to childbearing, serving their husbands sexually, raising children, and tending the home. Even wealthy women often lost control of their property and autonomy, legally bound to husbands in loveless marriages.

Mythology followed suit. Gods and goddesses became distant, untouchable beings far removed from human experience. The idea that a woman could see herself as a goddess was considered sacrilegious, laughable, or shameful. To claim beauty, power, or divinity was something women were taught to suppress. This belief system shaped humanity for thousands of years.

And yet, the truth remains: being a Living Goddess is our birthright. Simply by being born into a woman’s body, we carry divine intelligence, creative power, and sacred wisdom. When we were disconnected from this truth, we forgot who we truly are--divine beings having a human experience as women.

“Being a Living Goddess is not something you become it is something you remember.”

Remembering the Living Goddess Within

Today, we are standing at the threshold of a new world, one we are being invited to help create. It may not look that way if you focus only on the news, politics, or the daily demands of life. But most women, no matter how successful or grounded they appear, are rarely taught how to feel like a goddess inside and out.

“Reclaiming the Living Goddess within is an act of personal healing and collective awakening.”

So what does it mean, now, to reclaim your identity as a Living Goddess? How do you reconnect with this sacred part of yourself?

I can only share what has worked for me and shared with my students. Practices I still return to, and why I ultimately created an entire program devoted to this remembering. Because every woman deserves to feel her divinity embodied, not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

Simple Ways to Reconnect with Your Living Goddess Self

Here are a few powerful, accessible practices you can begin today:

1. Do the inner healing work.
Release false beliefs about your body, your worth, and your femininity. Learn not only to accept yourself, but to genuinely appreciate yourself. In a culture rooted in comparison and competition between women, this is revolutionary, and possible.
2. Practice mirror work.
Look into your own eyes and speak appreciation out loud. Not just about your body, but about you. Your presence. Your courage. Your heart. I did this recently, and it was deeply revealing.
3. Place yourself on your own pedestal.
See yourself with new eyes. Beauty is subjective, but true inner beauty is undeniable. Ask your Higher Self, who is you, to show you what it sees and loves about you. Step out of the mind and into the heart.
4. Care for yourself as you care for others.
Whether you are nurturing family, community, or career, remember that your well-being matters. You must honor who you are and what you give, and give back to yourself.
5. Speak your truth daily.
Tell yourself often that you are a Living Goddess. That you are sensual,  beautiful, strong, courageous, wise. Begin to listen to this new inner dialogue and watch how your self-image and energy begin to shift.

The Living Goddess Is Not Something You Become, She Is Someone You Remember

Reclaiming your identity as a Living Goddess is not about ego or fantasy. It is about truth. It is about returning to your natural state—whole, radiant, embodied, and sovereign.

This remembering is not only personal healing; it is collective transformation. When women remember who they are, the world changes. And it begins within you.
If something in this reflection stirred or moved you, if you felt a quiet remembering or a longing to come home to yourself, you are not alone. This remembering is happening in women everywhere.

I’ve created The New Feminine Rising Sisterhood on Skool as a sacred space for women who are ready to reclaim their sexual wholeness, feminine power, and living goddess nature together, in community. Inside, we explore feminine embodiment, Goddess archetypes, sacred sexuality, healing practices, and conscious sisterhood.
